These Terms apply to all visitors, registered students, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service. Continued use of the Service after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
iPlus Madrasah is generally open to learners aged 11 and above. If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to your use of the Service on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data without such consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
To access courses, you must register with accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for:

iPlus Madrasah offers two broad categories of learning:
Course content, schedules, and instructors are subject to change at our discretion to maintain teaching quality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of any material changes to their program.
Mutawassitah is not a short-term course. It is part of a comprehensive, multi-stage Islamic curriculum. Students should review the program structure on our website or contact us before enrolling to understand the expected time commitment.
Fees for individual courses are one-time payments granting lifetime access to that course’s recorded content. Fees for the Mutawassitah program are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of course or program purchased and the circumstances of the request. Full details are available in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your registered details and reason for the request.
Live sessions are offered as a supplement to recorded lessons and are scheduled at fixed times. If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording is typically made available in your dashboard.
For students requesting a temporary pause or leave from ongoing live instruction, please inform your teacher or supervisor in advance. Makeup arrangements are offered at our discretion and are not guaranteed if prior notice is not given.
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully toward teachers, supervisors, and fellow students at all times, and to refrain from any behavior that disrupts classes or violates Islamic etiquette. We reserve the right to suspend access for students who violate this standard of conduct.
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course or program level, which may include passing any required assessments. Certificates are provided for educational and personal record purposes and do not constitute a government-accredited qualification unless explicitly stated.
All course content, video lectures, written material, graphics, logos, and the overall design of the Service are the property of iPlus Madrasah / iPlus TV and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view course content for your personal educational use only. You may not:
Certain areas of the Service may allow you to submit comments, questions, or feedback. By posting such content, you confirm that it does not contain any defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or infringing material, and you grant iPlus Madrasah a non-exclusive license to use, display, and moderate this content.
We reserve the right to monitor and remove any user content that we consider inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as YouTube, WhatsApp, or payment gateways) that are not owned or controlled by iPlus Madrasah. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites, and your use of them is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPlus Madrasah and iPlus TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivering course content caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server issues, natural disasters, or acts of third-party service providers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, if we determine — at our reasonable discretion — that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent payment activity, shared account access, or misused course content.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our courses, policies, or legal requirements. Any revision will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
